Why people can't tell you how you can find out truth in their case why they are made to follow your procedure of finding it...?......Why courts and police stations in India are so fake and filmy in their procedure and approach that they are extremely facilitating for criminals and too impractically torturous for innocent who are made to wander , wait and ill treated for years.

You have to listen I have to talk , you are one professional , I am another, I can disclose the truth in 1minute, I have my documents ready let me speak that's it , why such a long procedure and a methodology and process like it is made for illiterates,why this awe, why this fear , discomfort and distress maintained in a court corridor is like you are entering a prison,plz ...... I have not come to a tantrik that I don't know what is happening......, judges and inspectors appear in such dreadful terror, people are discouraged from speaking , lawyers scare then , judges think people don't know which section they are talking in , police people in the court room scold you if you speak ," udhar khade hoiye,lawyer bolega apka aap chup rahiye, haath mat baandhiye judge ke saamne " , and then those copy pasted petitions that even lawyers don't understand and simply copy paste from the net......

I understand that not everyone is from a social or educational background that they even want to know what is going on and why ? Simplest procedures have been made like something out of this world is in progress......you are a judge or an inspector , you are an employee you can talk properly, I won't underestimate you,if I am innocent let it be the best place for me in this world .... is there anything more than presenting the truth in front of the judge , for which you make people wait for years and years , .....I have seen people with files ready asking their lawyer ..... "KYA HUA"? before even coming to know that the judge has moved to the other case and then I have seen people speaking in the court , "No sir I have the papers and witness , and suddenly the lawyer holds your hand and inspectors in the court shouts at you as if you have committed some crime "...., a judge is not kaal bhairav or Yamdoot , enjoy the power and prestige you get with your posts but at least let the procedure of truth be as simple as the truth is.....

MI LOD MI LOD ......wearing talking and following everything that we observed britishers doing but don't even understand that our own people are not understanding what is going on , and the whole purpose gets defeated as the process of law is so lengthy and weirdly procedural.....PLEASE TALK TO ME NICELY.....I CAN PROVE IN A MOMENT WITH EVIDENCES THAT THE ALLEGATION IS FALSE PLEASE LET ME SPEAK ONCE IN NORMAL LANGUAGE,LET ME SUGGEST YOU WHAT YOU CAN DO OR ASK THE OTHER PARTY THAT WILL CLEAR EVERYTHING RIGHT NOW IN A MOMENT,LET IT BE THAT SIMPLE AND INFORMAL without any thy thou petition formats with some compassion and courtesy, I am not a murderer , I am from your country and a respectable professional please don't push don't threaten don't dictate , we all are trying to find the truth , it is a court it is not a torture chamber please........... why its so difficult to feel safe and comfortable in a police station and court when they are made to help and serve people....I really can't afford to consider that you have several more serious pending cases and you don't care about mine,but as a human I can't allow you to take my time , my peace of mind and my life for granted..... please make the procedure of speaking the truth simple.....It might be your 9-5 job but it's all about my trapped life....

BEGUSARAI WRAP UP PARTY

 



Hi all Begusarai Fans so our Begusarai comes to an end, parts of a few actors including me had already ended 2 months back but we were invited to the sets on the last day of shoot for the wrap up party,We knew Mithilesh Lakhan and Priom had to meet once again for the last time..... it is difficult to explain the makers or the channel the concern and obsession and love of actors for their parts,there is no other process of playing a character other than becoming one,when producer walks into a set he knows the cost and a channel person knows the response and TRP , but when an actor enters his set for the last time he is numb every pillar of the set moves behind you in slow motion in a trolley shot , the whole haweli watches you with sadness from the top of the crane and then you turn your head with your eyes moist in a round trolley shot,you want to cry aloud for every character who died or left, you want to walk through every part of the set one last time and smile at every property that made your character, you remember every shot , every corner every frame not only the character,you want to check your hair for the last time in every mirror of the set that you secretly made the setting department put at your height so that you can check yourself even between shots, and when you leave the set for the last time you tend to turn and look at it one last time and embrace it for ever in your memory, it is this love that makes you that character I guess, I did not go for myself but for Mithilesh , I just felt I can't leave him alone.

It takes you moments and moments to make a character day by day and make him memorable as much as you can even if makers or the channel have different plans, but you can't leave your horse lagging behind in the race because others have other horses to bet on..... Darshan will not let Mithilesh become helpless , die a gradual death due to lack of glorification and one day listen he was not working ……my character is my Rath and I am the saarthi,I can't let him bite the dust or lose its track…..he has to standout, I am a musician besides being an actor and trained to understand that when you start singing a song you just can’t change the note till the song ends….the biggest crime in music is to go off key and same is in acting, the biggest inefficiency is to not know what the note of your character is…….so Mithilesh entered his set for the last time met Dadi , his enemy Bindiya, his wife his brothers,daroga sipahi, ghunghroo, and the new generation too, all there new boys came to me and told me we are supposed to be your next generation in the story and I loved the feeling …… anyway it was a great show , Mithilesh will always be close to my heart because I really fought a lot for my Mithilesh and he didn’t let me down,he would always be remembered with Begusarai I guess…Thank you Mithilesh and all the wonderful team of Begusarai,thank you so much.....It was a wonderful experience

फिर कहीं दिखे तो वफ़ा इतनी हो पाए मुझसे ,

साथ तो वो भी रहते हैं जिन्हें मोहब्बत नहीं होती ,

सबसे धोका खाया और सबसे वफ़ा की हमने ,
मयक़दे में रहके भी पीने की आदत नहीं होती ,

कभी अज़ान की आवाज़ पे छत पे होते थे दोनों ,
मस्जिद अब भी है, बस अब वहाँ इबादत नहीं होती ,

बता देतीं, उसका घर बड़ा लगा हमारे दिल से ज़ियादा ,
तो हम भी घर रह लेते, अपनों से बग़ावत नहीं होती ,

वादों इरादों से ही अगर इश्क़ को मंज़िल मिल पाती ,
तो पूरी दुनिया में शादियों की हिमायत नहीं होती ,

आज़ादी और अलगाव में कोई तो फ़र्क़ होगा वरना ,
पतंग को डोर की, परिंदों को छोर की ज़रूरत नहीं होती ,

बेवफ़ाई के डर से वो पहले ही बेवफ़ा हो गये हमसे ,
यूँ क़यामत के दिन तक भी ये क़यामत नहीं होती ,  

फ़लसफ़े जो कहें, अतीत से सबको इश्क़ होता है वरना ,
जाते जाते भी इक बार मुड़ने की रवायत नहीं होती ,

गर तेरी तरह सब दिल से सोचते, दिमाग से महसूस करते ,
तो कभी किसी को किसी से मोहब्बत नहीं होती ।

THE SECRET ICU

 

PLZ MY FRIENDS EVEN IF IT IS LONG EACH ONE OF YOU HAS TO READ THIS,Dear doctors PLZ WE WANT GLASS DOORS OR WINDOWS IN YOUR INVISIBLE ICUs,let us at least know what you do inside , you don't abuse and beat them right ? then why can't all ICU's have a provision of glass doors or windows from where a family member can at least watch what you are doing to our patient, recently in India or even may be in other parts of the world there is this horrifying trend of taking your patient in the ICU and not letting anybody in , in the name of hygiene and infection , my dad has gone through a lot , I have seen doctors sleeping when I suddenly entered the ICU when his pulse was going down, I have seen sweepers sweeping the bed with the same broom they use in toilets, I have seen staff holding him like a rabbit as if hanging for a procedure in which after every few minutes you are supposed to check if he is fine ,but they did not bother to halt because that lady doctor had to rush home after her shift, I have seen my dad getting swollen in one night to twice his size and I just could not recognise him in the morning, I have seen my aunt die in a knee operation because they just take away the patient behind closed doors and such idiotic attendants who get the job under several provisions and by several means in India , who can't explain you in a proper language what they are doing to your patient are there with them for the whole night.

 

 I have seen ICU's they look like hell , with all patients literally pierced with thousand tubes , most of them conscious, please I can imagine, after putting ventilator in their mouth and leaving them at the mercy of these 9 to 5 workers , not letting family be around is giving your dear ones a painful death, DON'T LEAVE THEM ALONE IN ICU's , it is very important that the person in the ICU sees his family and the family sees him , you got to have glass doors in the ICU,at least windows exclusive to every bed that can be separated by curtains if you don't want people to see everything, at least let them see what you are doing to their patients, I would like to trust you , but for days they keep saying the person is improving , he is better and one fine morning they just inform you he is no more.Which nurse forgot to change the oxygen cylinder of a semi conscious patient at night,which assistant, did not attend to a ventilator patient when he was choked due to secretion in the tube , which inexperienced intern tried his hand on him , which nurse gave a wrong injection and which patient fell from the bed and they picked him and kept him on the bed again , which intern did not risk his job by taking a call and preferred to watch the patient die as the senior was not available,can you ever know ??? and now doctors are such a breed that to earn as much as they can , they visit several hospitals and sit in their private clinics and mostly rely on assistants and when one doctor has started a treatment he leaves for a foreign country for a seminar and next day another one comes to add few more medicines which he feels are more apt or leaves quietly not to rule out what blunder the previous doctor has done,I have seen it all in the best of hospitals forget about general hospitals, ......so plz there has to be a provision of family presence with whatever precautions and transparent walls to know what you are doing.I have experienced that the infections that you get in ICU are more dangerous that what you get from visitors, ICU's are are not only a way to make money but also horrifying and fatal if your patient is left alone, plz we need to have the provision to be able to see our loved ones in the ICU.Have air tight ICU's but with glass windows it is a must, In hospitals lakhs die more due to lack of this personal concern than disease.I understand you are professionals ,you give treatment , let us take care.
