Recently there is this British airways ad which has gone viral ....A woman talking about how she is having a caged life because 1) she has to take care of the family 24*7 and 2) because she is staying in the house with in laws where she doesn't get time to spend with her husband...... she says..... when ever I go out with my husband someone is with us .... then he looks into the back view mirror and we smile but I never get to be with him... In the name of 'SOMEBODY always with us' she just has father and mother in law... and one day husband takes her away from home and family and the video goes viral.

The entire house has to be empty for her to feel she is free and close to her husband....and in laws are such a big burden for women now that a condolence ceremony sad background is played when she is saying' SOMEBODY is always there at home and I have to take care of the entire family'....because of which, she says , she never got a chance to know her husband... the husband who ultimately got an idea to take British airways flight never got an idea to take his car and take her out.....?

In comedy nights with Kapil in one of the episodes Upasana Singh says a line "I want a husband who is rich and who's mother is dead".....I don't know how can you fall in love with a woman who is so shallow ?..... a woman who gets cold feet thinking her husband has a family to take care of ?,it is so unimpressive to see your life partner so weak and unconfident....and seeing the kind of unreceptive and cold attitude for the people you love the most,It is so silly of a woman to expect that she will insult the people you can die for and still you would be quiet.....and how loyal and protective would be a guy for you if he is not protective towards the ones who gave all their life for him.
Taking care of an institution, house and family is the biggest feeling of being together...It is marriage , how can one enter it with an expectation of the pleasure of a one night stand or a live in relationship.... it is so demeaning to keep projecting in laws as 'Somebody' and then... in the ad husband says we are going abroad and she is crying and air hostess is crying ....he says she has never gone abroad ....so even your parents have never gone abroad... but they never cried..... your mother also took care of you and the entire family for many more years than your recently arrived girl friend, she never cried.....and the house which she nurtured and protected all her life and handed over to you with all the faith and legal rights......you just enter and suddenly they become SOMEBODY..... ?
How much people have started overreacting and exaggerating the fact that women take care of the family ,you land up on the Miss India and Miss universe stage and talk about loving the entire world and people clap for the woman of substance and then adjusting in a family becomes a matter of extreme trauma and an insult and interferes with the modern definition of womanhood and their freedom...... and doing household work is nothing less than slavery and imprisonment....?You find it strictly the job of a maid to clean your own house and on Miss Universe stage you claim to wipe the nose of an orphan from Somaliya.... clean dirty beaches to protect marine life.....? I still have to understand the definition of progress... I since years of staying in Mumbai have done household work,I have swept and swabbed taking it like a workout ..... I don't know if I will ever feel it is so demeaning, my mother has all her life got extreme pleasure in taking care of dad and me and everybody in the family and yet she has the highest degree of the university and is a professor,so this is not a trait only under privileged women are supposed to possess .... and more than everything else what have our dads done all their lives ?,haven't they worked to make both ends meet.....?? they never cried...... may be because there were women who supported them with honesty ... who had a very mature upbringing may be because their mothers had the time to make them understand the definition of marriage and family.Sometimes I realize that no girl who is being so foolish with your family would want her brother's wife , to feel anything for her parents that she feels for yours....

Recently a psychiatrist friend of mine told me that there is this test that they give to "about to get married" couples where they are asked to draw a family......he said most of the guys draw father, mother, himself, wife and kids and most women draw herself, him and children ....may be that is the difference and that is may be because somewhere something is lacking in their upbringing....as...."Beta naye ghar mein adjust karna padega"( You will have to adjust in a new family )... has now become a line of tortured and supressed women ......how stupid... its logical... you enter a new institution you have to know their ways of functioning you don't expect a pre running unit to change overnight for you ....And now girl's family is always online to interfere in her married life to assure that it remains unsettled .... You can't plant your daughter in another house with a remote control in your hand .... it's her house let her handle .....SHUT shaadi.com and bharatmatrimony.com make a deadparents.com and see the response of girls there....Projection of so much hatred for in laws is so Shameful.And above all in such ads by some smart guys who know what would work projecting boys participating in this hatred for their own parents is so far fetched and stupid.....
